Should I wear a used gemstone / Substitute / Upratna or Synthetic?

According to Indian Vedic astrology a used gemstone should not be worn because of various reasons:

·         Basically it is believed that the life time of each gemstone is limited approx 1000 days (3 years). If a person wears a gemstone more than this then, gemstone may have no effects on that person.

·         Secondly, in used gemstones, which are resold in the markets, and are offered at much lower prices may have almost zero effects depending on how long was it worn earlier, or it might carry some negative effects if it might have been sold in the market thru some  illegitimate sources.

·         There are trades where these used of gemstones are purchased at much lower cost from the seller and offered for resale at tempting prices.

 

Keynote: Too Cheap To Be Genuine

However there is no harm in wearing any used gemstones specifically for ornamental Jewellery and not for astrological use as far as they do not touch the wearers skin or they are in closed setting form from the lower side in the settings of Jewellery.

 

According to Indian Vedic astrology always prefer Natural gemstone compared to any synthetic or simulant or substitute to gain good astrological effects. There are no miracles attached but every natural gemstone helps a human to change his or hers perceptions to lead a beautiful happy life ahead. Wearing any substitute / upratna / synthetic has almost no effects. Hence, most important try to approach a genuine, authenticated gem dealer who deals only in unused gemstones and does not offer any sort of buy back for your requirements.
